General Synod (House of Bishops & House of Reps) --> Diocesan Synod (elects the clergy & laity who'll represent the diocese on the General Synod) --> Select Vestry (runs the parish) --> Annual General Vestry (annual meeting in each parish, elects the select vestry every year & the Diocesan Synod every 3 years)
