Lewins Types of leadership

A

Autocratic - One way communication from top to bottom with little to no employ input
Democratic - All employs have a say in the decision making process
Paternalistic - Similar to a parent child relationship, employer looks for the best choice for the interests of the employee
Laissez-faire - leave alone, essentially allowing the employ to choose the strategy, perhaps within the employers boundaries
