Knee Extension
Primary M: rectus femoris vastus lateralis

Ankle Plantarflexion
Primary M: gastroc, soles
Secondary M: tibialis posterior
Grade 5: 25 heel rises
Grade 3: one heel raise
Grade 2: prone, feet off of table “point your toes down”

Ankle Inversion

Grade 5: “bend great toe over my finger, dont let me straighten it”
