He arranges them into groups of 4 then rearranges them into groups of 7.

On both occasions he got a remainder of 3 cards.

What is the least number of cards Victor could have?

A

Calculate the LCM then add the remainder.
4= 4, 8, 12,16,20,24, 28
7=7,14,21,28

Common number is 28

LCM=28+3

Answer= 31
