Prohibits discrimination of anyone 40+ relating to work functions like hiring, terming, comp, promotion, & benefits.

Implements flexible time frame for filing wage discrimination claims.
FLSA

Establish basic wage requirements in private sector - wages, overtime pay, recordkeeping, etc.

- Family Medical Leave Act
Employers provide employees with job protection and unpaid leave in the event of qualified medical and family reasons.
OSHA
- Occupational Safety and Health Act
Employers must provide safe and healthy working conditions for employees.
