What is the 1st law of charge called?

The 1st law is called - Conservation law of charge.
Electrical charge is not destroyed and not created, it just travels between two objects.
When there are two identical spheres, which are connected by a connecting wire, as they have the same radius they will have the same charge.
If the spheres are not identical, we have to pay attention to the ratio of the radius, and then we add up the ratio by 1 (always 1), the result is the denominator.

The 2nd law of charge- Quantization law of charge.
Based on this law, always an integer number of electron is gained or lost.
