The law makes the following illegal :
Unauthorised access to a computer system (hacking)with intent to commit a further crime. (intent to steal data or destroy the device)
Unauthorised modification of data. (deletion of data and malware or spyware onto a computer)

law created to protect peoples’ creations.
When someone creates something they own it, this includes a picture, video, a book or a game.
Copyright is a legal means of ensuring that content creators can protect what they create.
