living will

anyone who fulfills the duties of another on a temporary basis.
mediation
process wherein the parties meet with a mutually selected impartial and neutral person who assists them in the negotiation of their differences.
medical malpractice
provides physicians with an efficient means to resolve claims in which they have a risk of losing if the case goes to trial
misdemeanor
offense lower than a felony which can be punished with a county jail term of up to 364 days, a fine, or both.
negligence
A failure to behave with the level of care that someone of ordinary prudence would have exercised under the same circumstances.
patient self determination act
ensure that a patient’s right to self-determination in health care decisions be communicated and protected.
power of attorney

assault
