Yes all jewellery has to be removed. this includes items such as necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings and rubber bands.

Must replace it as soon as possible and no later than when the ball next goes out of play. If the ball doesnt go out play and player proceeds to score a goal. the goal is awarded.

They should first try and find a different coloured shirt. If they cannot the match will still be played.

Get permission from the referee. it can be a clear signal which can be given during play.

The referee cautions the player. If play is stopped when the referee issues the caution, an indirect free kick is awarded from the place of the ball when play stopped. If the player interferes with the ball a direct free kick is awarded. this also means a penalty kick if inside the penalty area.
