The defending goalkeeper must remain on the goal line, facing the kicker, between the goal posts. cannot touch the crossbar, goalposts or nets until the ball has been kicked

No only forwards. If it is kicked backwards a indirect kick is awarded.

No he cannot. The ball has to touch another player before the kicker can touch it again

Additional time is allowed for the penalty kick to be taken. The penalty kick is completed when either the ball stops moving, goes out of play or is played by any player
What happens if a penalty kick that is in additional time has a defending player (including the goal keeper) that has committed a offence and penalty is missed/saved?
The penalty is still retaken even if it is in additional time

The kick is retaken
What is the rule about feinting in a penalty kick?
It is permitted to feint in the run up of a kick. but cannot feint when the player is in the motion of kicking the ball

He gets cautioned and a indirect kick is awarded to the defending team

The referee cautions the player who took the kick and restarts with an indirect free kick.
