What is constitutional law ?
This law determines the right of citizens, the power of the government and how the government should function.
What is procedural law ?
The law that establishes the rules of the court and the methods used to enforce legal rights of those within the judicial system
What is civil law ?
the legal system that relates to personal matters, such as marriage and property, instead of crime.
What is administrative law ?
The law and legal principles that controls the administrations and regulation of government agencies
What is criminal law ?
a system of laws concerned with punishment of individuals who commit crimes.
What is case law ?
A body of unwritten laws based on legal decisions established by the courts. Sometimes it is the inspiration for new legislations to be enacted.
What is Statutory law ?
laws that are relating to statutes, statute laws are mostly written laws that can be looked up or located in databases or books.
What is Substantive law ?
The law that can be backed up with research and its based on real facts
What is environmental law ?
The protection of the natural resources. Like land, air, water and soil.
