Simón Bolívar was a Venezuelan soldier and statesman who played a central role in the South American independence movement. He wanted to create equality because he was being mistreated even though he wasnt a slave.
what was the outcome of the Latin American Revolution ?
The immediate effects of the revolutions included freedom and independence for the people of the liberated countries. However, in the long term, poor governance of the liberated countries led to instability and increasing poverty in those areas.
Haitian Revolution
Started in 1791 and ended in 1804. The revolution ended because the government needed the slaves to be in the military to fight against European powers; they then needed to free the slaves in order to have more military power.
