1. oral propylene glycol
   - if recumbent or no better in 12h - IV glucose
2. Oral rehydration solution / IVFT if valuable
3. Calcium borogluconate (most cases have SC hypokalaemia)
4. NSAIDs
5. Dexamethasone - can induce partition so decide early.

Question 2

Tx hypocalcaemia

Answer 2

Calcium borogluconate (SC safer or warmed slow IV)
Calcium/magnesium/dextrose SC

Question 3

Tx hypomagnesia

Answer 3

Magnesium sulphate - must be SC
