Main: gravity operated without hydraulic power to the down and locked position.
Nose: hydraulically powered to the down and locked position.
What locks the landing gear in the down position during alternate extension?
Gravity and air loads extend the gear and springs pull the Down links into the locked position.
What causes the expanded gear display on EICAS?
GEAR DISAGREE or Operating alternate gear mode.
With EICAS GEAR DOOR message displayed, where can the status of the door be viewed?

What is the maximum nose wheel steering angle using the tiller?
70 degrees.
What is the maximum steering angle for the rudder pedal operation?
7 degrees.
What are the conditions for body gear steering operation (steering angle and ground speed)?
Nose wheel steering > 20 degrees

Body gear steering angle is 13 degrees.
