Consider relevant infotmation about his/her receiver such as mood, background, race, preference, education, status and needs.
CONSIDERATION
Used simples and specific words to express ideas and it achieved when the speaker focusses on a single objective in his/her speech.
CLEARNESS
In communication is shown by respecting the culture, values, and beliefs of his/her receivers.
COURTESY
Environmental interference “mechanical noise” caused by technological tools.
Physical Noise
A non-lexical component of communication we use everyday consciously or unconsciously
Paralanguage
Different ways of using the language
Semantic Noise
Includes everything that the receiver needs to hear for him/her to respond, react, or evaluate properly.
