Dawes Plan of 1924 which reduced reparations (from Germany to France) to a manageable amount which increased yearly.
What did the Dawes Plan also allow Germany to do?
Be involved in the League of Nations to discuss trade.
What did the Labour Government do to help relations with Russia?
They developed the Anglo-Russian Treaty which meant that Britain got their assets back for a £30 million loan to Russia.
