Unfined

A

Fining refers to the process of adding substances(fining agents) to the wine in order to remove certain characteristics, EX: Adding eggwhite and salt to remove harsh tannins(astringency). These processes can also remove aromas. If a wine is unfined it means that no fining process has taken place.
