A: flex elbow, assist pronation/supination when resisted
Coracobrachialis

I: medial surface of mid-humeral shaft
A: flex, adduct shoulder
Deltoid
O: lateral 1/3 clavicle, acromion, spine of scapula
I: deltoid tuberosity
A: abduct shoulder
Anterior fibers: flex, lateral rotation, horizontal abduct shoulder
Posterior fibers: ext, lateral rotation, horizontal abduct shoulder
Latissimus dorsi
O: inferior angle of scapula, t6, last 3/4 ribs, iliac crest
I: intertubular groove humerus
A: ext, add, medial rotate shoulder
Infraspinatus
O: infraspinatus fossa of scapula
I: greater tubercle of humerus
A: lateral rotation, adduct shoulder, stabilize humerus in glenoid fossa
Pectoralis major
O: median half of clavicle, sternum, ribs 1-6
I: lateral lip of bicipital groove of humerus
A: All: adduct, medial rotate shoulder, elevate thorax during breathing
Upper: flex, horizontal adduct shoulder
Lower: extend shoulder
Pectoralis minor
O: ribs 3-5
I: coracoid process
A: depresses scapula, abduct scapula! downward rotation of scapula
Pronator Teres
O: common flex tendon medial epicondyle of humerus & coronoid process of ulna
I: mid lateral surface of radius
A: pronate forearm, assist elbow in flexion
Pronator Quadratus
O:medial, anterior surface distal ulna
I: lateral, anterior surface distal radius
A: pronate forearm
Rhomboids
O: minor: c7-t1
Major: t2-t5
I: minor: upper medial border scapula-across from spine of scapula
Major: medial border of scapula-between spine of scapula and inferior angle
A: adduct, elevate, down rotate scapula
Serratus Anterior
O: ext surfaces upper 8-9 ribs
I: anterior surface, medial border of scapula
A: abduct, upward rotate, depress scapula and hold medial border of scapula against ribs
Subscapularis
O: subscapular fossa of scapula
I: lesser tubercle humerus
A: abduct, upward rotate, depress scapula & hold medial border of scapula against ribs
