Method of Russian for Muscle Strengthening if doing RECIPROCAL

A

Ex: 1 pad on Bicep & other on Tricep

  1. Bring up until contract (Remember #)
  2. Lower to “1” & hit START

** Channel 2 turns on **

  1. Bring up until PT feels it & contracts
  2. Hit START

** Switches back to channel 1 **

  1. Raise to # you remembered
  2. Start treatment
