- Highly fenced as some species are arboreal
- Privacy from each other and the public
- separation of the male when the females are cubbing
- Paws to able to pass through or under barriers

A
Wide and long enough to be able to lie down outstretched
Tunnel entrance, lip at the end to stop cubs wondering off

No cleaned too often, to maintain smell (make of wood)

- lighting - in the wild there usually nocturnal so do well under normal light conditions
