What to consider when preparing a concept test (4 steps)?
1. Prepare the concept statement (ideal customer; problem; product category; key benefit; major competitor) > Verbal, picture, prototype? > Commercialized statement? - as a sales pitch (will get more positive results) OR - completely informative > Competitive Information? > Price?
- Define the respondent group

> Stakeholders (Initiators; Influencers; Decider; Buyer; User (dog)) - Select the response situation
The mode of reaching the respondents

- Phone
- Computer
Individually or in a group (take into account group think).
4. Preparing the interviewing sequence:What do we want to find out? Buying intention Current practice – what/how they do today Comments to the concept - Uniqueness - Believability - Importance - Solve a problem - Liking - Useful - Do they see problems? (open ended Q)
