Once a calendar year maximum.
When can a salary increase be above 2%?
Above 2% is possible if there is a change of role or skills level.
What are the two plans for managing salary increases if a consultant has worked more than 2’000 hours ?
Plan A: Increase client fee to keep the same GM1.
Plan B: Increase with impact on GM1.
What is the limitation regarding total discount applied in Plan B?
The total discount applied (including any impact from salary increases) can’t exceed the approved sales discount guidelines.
What should be scheduled for long-term assignments regarding salary increases?
Schedule a meeting with the client once a year to address this topic.
What should be set for consultants regarding salary if performing well on long-term assignments?
Set clear increase expectations for consultants if performing well already during recruitment process.
On what rate is the sales discount applicable?
Discount applicable on the original client rate.
Does the sales discount accumulate?
Does NOT accumulate.
What is the discount on the standard rate for less than 1000 hours worked?
0%
What is the discount on the standard rate for 2001h to 3000h worked?
4%

Make sure the salaries offered don’t discriminate one of them.
How are training cost requests from a client handled?
Training costs are invoiced to the client.
What are the options regarding salary payment during training?
If salary is paid during training, hours are to be invoiced.
Alternative: no salary paid.
How are other benefits/perks requests handled?
Invoiced with a markup of 1.2.
How is the request for 5 weeks of holidays instead of 4 with the same base hourly salary treated?
It is considered a salary increase.
