WPI vs. WPD vs. WPR
In all the CONTROL processes except INTEGRATION =>WPD and WPI <=WPD is an output of Direct and Manage Project Work.
Critical Chain buffers
CCM (Critical Chain Method) adds three types of buffers - duration buffers (non-work schedule activities to manage uncertainty), feeding buffers (placed at each point where a chain of dependent activities that are not on the critical chain and feed into the critical chain), and a project buffer (placed at the end of the critical chain).
