Posterior drawer test
assesses PCL ligament injuries
Postive test indicates tibia moves excessively posteriorly or lack of firm end-feel
suggests PCL tear or insuffiency
Why do posterior drawer test over SAG test
- Grade laxity of PCL muscle
-rule out false postive of SAG sign
