- Giving everyone the same access to rights & opportunities by personalising care.

- What a service user requires to make them equal to others.

- equipment used for providing help to those with disabilities.
Define holism (holistic) meaning
Whole person (not just one aspect)

What is meant by the paramouncy principle
If the parents wishes cent in the Childs best interests, then they should be overridden as the welfare of the child should be priority

Someone who speaks on behalf of someone who is vulnerable & needs help protecting the rights
What is reasonable force or restraint
Using reasonable force to restrain someone in order to protect themselves and others
