A
Study of the relationships between the speech sounds (phonemes and the letters (graphemes) that represent them. Learning phonics will help your children learn to read and spell. Knowing the sounds of letters and letter combination will help your child decode words as he/she reads. It will also help your child know which letters to use as she/he writes words.
