Is a tool managers use to determine whether the business should change and make the change as successful as possible. The manager first identifies the change that is needed to benefit the business. Then identifies the driving and restraining forces involved with the change. After identifying the forces, the manager ranks all the forces in terms of significance to change. Then finally develops an action plan to allow the change to occur in the business.
