ABCDES A high fever Bright red lips Cervical lymphadenopathy Desquamation of hands and feet Eyes: non purulent bilateral conjunctivitis Strawberry tongue

Investigations?
A
Diagnosis of exclusion ECHO Blood tests: FBC, WCC, U&E, LFT, ESR, CRP) Urinalysis ECG

Complications?
A
Coronary aneurysms
Dysrhythmias
Myocarditis
Valvular abnormalities

Treatment?
A
Patient and parent education
IV immunoglobulin therapy
Aspirin (only use in children)
