  • High-grade fever, lasting for > 5 days and resistant to antipyretics
  • Conjunctival injection
  • Bright red, cracked lips
  • Strawberry tongue
  • Cervical lymphadenopathy
  • Red palms of the hands and soles of the feel (these later peel)
