  • Edema
  • HTN
    *Usually in combo with thiazide or loop for these indications- to help with K loss
  • Hyperaldosteronism- drug used to compete with existing aldosterone.
  • Adrenal adenoma, adrenal hyperplasia
  • Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome [most common clinical use] /Hirsutism/Acne- off label
  • By blocking androgen receptors and inhibiting steroid synthesis
