Public Standing Doctrine
When a case involves enforcement of a public rather than a private right, P need not have a special interest in the matter nor be a public official
Taxpayers CAN challenge unconstitutional expenditure of public funds
Delegation Doctrine
A court may not delegate judicial power to another branch of government
