– a writ requiring a person under arrest to be brought before a judge or into court, especially to secure the person’s release unless lawful grounds are shown in their detention
HABEAS CORPUS
an order to direct the

PROHIBITION

cases involving National Internal Revenue Code
or the Tariff and Customs Code
COURT OF TAX APPEALS
: has jurisdiction over
criminal and civil cases involving graft and
corruption practices committed by public
officers and employees

Reviews the decisions of lowers court starting Regional Trial Courts. Review decisions and resolutions in administrative cases of Ombudsman and Department of Justice (DOJ)
