Why was Amos sent?
A
Despite God giving people laws to live by, people were still living a life of sin. A series of Prophets were sent to lead people back into God’s favour by reminding them of what was right and wrong. These prophets were not always well received.

A
He told them he had a vision from God about their fate if they continued to sin.
