What is Acquired Flexible Pes Planus? How did mom’s wear?
Acquired - genetic
Flexible - there is excessive flexibility in your foot
Pes - foot
Planus - fallen arch, abnormally flattened and spread out
Mom’s wore towards the inside
What is my goal for nutrition each day?
Dinner: 600 calories and 30g of protein left
What is the importance of having food planned out for the day?
- Sets me up for a productive day
- I don’t have to waste energy on deciding what I’m going to eat
- Keep will power bank high
- Keep decision making bank high
- Helps me hit my macro goals
- It will make me healthier
What exercises can I do to help prevent Acquired Flexible Pes Planus?
- Heel stretches (30s 4x/side)
- Tennis/golf ball rolls (2-3min/ft)
- Arch lifts (keep toes & heel planted - 2-3 sets w/10-15 reps)
- Calf raises (hold up 5s 2-3 sets w/15-20 reps)
- Stair arch raises (2-3 sets w/10-15 reps)
- Towel curls
- Toe raises (small then big hold for 5s do it 5-10 times each way)

MN Law - Bill G - they sent us an email explaining that they would send out updated sub agreement if we didn’t notify them that we don’t want the update.
I sent an email to the inbox explaining what the law changes were and asked for the guy’s opinion on it. Should we get the update or not?
I never heard back and never set a reminder; so I never followed up on it again.
We received the update sub agreement and now waiting on the bill…
Mom texts me: Do I want to go shopping today? I have to finish up the tax stuff. How would I have reacted in the past? How did I react this time? How would I like to react in the future? How do I get there?
Past - anxiety just texting her back saying I can’t
Now - Easily texted her back telling her I couldn’t.
- Felt guilty like I needed to explain why
How I would like to react - Easily telling her I couldn’t and not feeling guilty about it.
How do I get there:
- remember that guilt stems from years of social conditioning don’t let it break my resolve to over come it
- If nasty thoughts come up - note them as thoughts and let them go
New Lifestyle - finishing remaining items.
When is the best time to wrap these up?

- you ask about others which leaves a good impression because people like talking about themselves
- you are genuinely curious about someone’s craft and learn a lot about how things work
- you engage with more people and because opportunities come through people you’re more likely to catch a lucky break
