Small clumps of amorphous calcification over the superior and lateral portion of the humeral head - must likely in the rotator cuff. Its deposition can wax and wane

Diabetic stiff hand syndrome as a result of progression thickening of tendons, joint capsules, and subcut tissues - progressive stiffness and flexion contractures
