-Procedural Control: Relies on a combination of previously agreed on and promulgated orders and procedures.

SOB: Describe the ACA’s responsibilities.
-Develops the Airspace Control Plan (ACP) for commander approval.
-Establishes an airspace control system responsive to the needs of the commander and subordinate components’ operations.
-Creates, publishes, and disseminates the Airspace Control Order (ACO).
