3 forms of logic when we engage in sports

A
  1. conventional logic = conventions that allow creation of artificially limited means and ends
    - i.e. add net to inc difficulty, artificial
  2. logic of formalism = understand relationship in games b/w means and ends, only follow certain means
  3. logic of gratuity = deal w 2 contradictions….as we inc sport abilities, must accentuate nature of sport/more challening
