1) Lawyer previously represented Client in same matter (personally + substantially!!!) as either;
- Judge!!!
- Adjudicative officer
- Arbitrator/Mediator!!!
- TP neutral
2) ALL parties gave informed consent in writing!!!
(Other Lawyers in firm are imputed with same requirements)
When may Other Lawyers still represent Clients in matter where they provided judicial service, if they failed to meet imputed requirements?*
1) Lawyer is timely screened off from matter!!!
2) Lawyer is NOT apportioned any part of fee earned in matter!!!
3) Written notice given to Parties + Appropriate Tribunal!!!
Who from judicial service may negotiate for private employment with Clients?*
Law Clerks!!!
