What must Lawyer do if there is apparent conflict of interest between Lawyer and Client’s matter?*
If CoI apparent ‘before’ undertaking matter => Lawyer must NOT undertake matter
If CoI apparent ‘after’ undertaking matter => Lawyer must withdraw from matter!!!
