- E.g. Preventing Lawyer’s exposure of TP to liability!!!

3) Client’s confidential info is NOT revealed to TP!!!

What is required for Lawyer to represent Client if TP’s interest creates risk of materially limiting Lawyer’s representation?*

Answer 2

1) Lawyer reasonably believes TP’s interest will NOT adversely affect Client representation
2) Client gives informed consent in writing!!!
