What is Ensuring Justice?
judiciary applying and interpreting laws passed by the legislature through providing relevant information and taking action to protect Singaporeans. Singaporeans have confidence that they will be judged fairly
Example of Ensuring Justice
Family Justice Courts provide guidelines on the definition of Family Violence and who can apply for a Personal Protection order (PPO). If approved, action can be taken by court, restricted from entering house etc.
