1. If the Entity responsible for operating and managing the ship, is different from the owner, then the owner must inform the administration full details of the such entity such as name , address , etc.
2. Company is responsible for define and document responsibilities, authorities and interrelation of all personnel who MANAGE , PERFORM, or VERIFY work related to or affecting - safety and pollution prevention.
3. Company to provide adequate resources and shore based support to designated person(s) in order for them to carry out their duties diligently.
