faith in the oneness of god
why are angels important?
- gods greatness means he cannot communicate directly with humans
- passed messages to prophets via angels
what is the holy book?
the qur’an, it should be respected as its a direct revelation from god
why should the prophets be respected?
muhammad should be respected because he was ‘the seal of the prophets’ (last)
there were 25 prophets
who believes in day of judegment?
sunni muslims
they will all be judged by god and sent to paradise or hell
what is al-qadr?
everything in the universe is following a divine masterplan - importance of gods will, allah decides everything that will happen
