depends on size and location of tumor

1) dilated episceleral vessels in same quadrant as tutor

risk of ant uveitis
risk of rd if extends posteriorly
can erode through. iris root

A

EMERGENCY REFRERRAK

IRIS MELANOMA
-SECTOR IRIDEECTOMY
-RADIOTHERAPY
-ENUCLEATION -IF LARGE WITH DIFFCUSE GROWTH
IRIDOCYLECTOMY-IF INVADED ANGLE

CB
ENUCLEATION IF LARGE/INVLOVES ANTERIOR CHOROIS OR ISK OF SECONDARY GLAUCOMA.
