A
Persistent bronchospasm, COPD exacerbation, Toxic inhalation ( in conjunction with albuterol)

A
Hypersensitivity to ipratropium, atropine, alkaloids, or peanuts

A
0.5 mg Nebulized, Up to three doses in conjuction with albuterol
