Inverse Dynamics Flashcards

1
Q

What is Moment of Inertia?

A

Determines the resistance to angular acceleration

Determined by the axis of rotation and the distribution of mass away from that axis

(The Smaller the Moment of Inertia = the more rapid the acceleration)
