  1. Streptococci: Group A strep (pyogenes), viridans,
  2. Streptococcus Pneumoniae
  3. Enterococcus (e.g. faecalis)
  4. Staphylococcus aureus
  5. Atypical bacteria: Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Legionella
