- Hereditary haemorrhagic telangiectasia
- Autosomal dominant vascular disorder
- Gastrointestinal bleeding / pulmonary AV fistulas

A
- Abnormality seen with hepatic encephalopathy in liver failure

How do you tell if a left upper quadrant mass is the spleen or the kidney?
A
- Spleen percussion is dull and movement with inspiration is inferomedial
- Kidney percussion usually resonant and movement is inferior
