Macule = Small flat circumscribed area
Patch = Larger flat circumscribed area

Papule = Small raised area- under 1cm
Plaque = Larger Raised area- over 1cm

Vesicle = Small Fluid filled- less than 1cm
Bulla = Large Fluid filled- more than 1cm

Abscess = Large Pus filled

Erosion = Loss of Epidermis
