What is a forklift?
A forklift is a powered industrial truck equipped with a mast and elevating load carriage with a pair of fork arms or other load handling attachment.
What is the Fulcrum?
The point of balance located at about the front axle of the forklift.

To protect the operator in the event of a tip over (only effective if operator is wearing seat belt)
What is the purpose of FOP (Falling Object Protection)?
To protect the operator if an object falls while loading or unloading with the forks elevated.
